Branson golfers compete at state
Senior Taylor Cobb and sophomore Maci Rogers competed at the two-day 47th MSHSAA Girls Golf Class 3 State Championships on Monday and Tuesday.
Rogers placed 48th overall. On Day 1, she shot a 103 but improved on Day 2 for a 96. Cobb placed 68th overall shooting a 102 and 107.
The two traveled to New Bloomfield — just north of Jefferson City. They competed at Meadow Lakes Country Club, which has a par of 72.
