McBride earned nearly 600 wins at the helm of the volleyball program at Winona High School (1997-2019). Her teams reached 14 Final Fours, won five state championships as well as 17 conference titles. She was the National Federation Midwest Sectional Coach of the Year (2002-2003) and a five-time MHSVCA Coach of the Year. McBride was in the most recent class of inductees into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in August of 2020 and was also inducted into the MSHVCA Hall of Fame in 2017.
A 1992 Eminence High School graduate, McBride played volleyball at TRCC and Evangel University before graduating from Missouri State in Springfield with her Masters in Education. She will fill the role of library media specialist at Branson Schools.
McBride's husband Pete, is a High School administrator at Eminence High School, her son Trent is a sophomore on the basketball team at College of the Ozarks and daughter Joree is in the 6th grade at Buchanon Intermediate.
